CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are a small business and we like to work on a personal basis with all of our clients. The fastest & easiest way to reach us is to e-mail us at WriteExp@writeexpressionsstudio.com.
You can call us between the hours of 10:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. If we are unavailable to answer your call, please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. To reach us after hours, please e-mail your questions to WriteExp@writeexpressionsstudio.com.
Having a problem working through our order form? Call us because we would be happy to walk through it with you! Feel free to e-mail us with any questions or concerns, at WriteExp@writeexpressionsstudio.com. After you place an order on our website, we will give you a call with any questions or e-mail you within 24 hours to verify your order. If we find any questions or discrepancies within your online order form, we will call you before we make any changes to your order.
Please note that we are unable to put all of our designs on our website. If you are having difficulty finding a card that is perfect for your occasion, call us and we will see what we can do to accommodate. In many instances, we can fax or mail you additional samples to select from.
RE-ORDERS
If you need more invitations of a previous order, please call us we can simply re-submit your original order. A reorder will be priced as if it were a whole new order which can be costly. We recommend that you order at least 10-15 extra invitations with your initial order. However, some of our invitations that are printed in house can be ordered in special quantities, so contact us and we will give your request special consideration.
CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Write Expressions Studio wants to ensure your satisfaction and we will do anything possible to make sure you have a great experience with us.
If you have found a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. We will let you know if we can accommodate your change depending on whether your order has already been printed. Please note that their may be additional charges for making a change to your order. If the error is on our part or the manufacturers, we will gladly reprint your order at no additional charge.
If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your request. There is a 50% cancellation penalty; a check will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days. Please be certain of your order before you place it. If your order has already been printed, no refunds are allowed and you will be charged the full amount.
HOW TO ORDER
Write Expressions Studio offers you many options for placing your invitation order.
Website: This is the easiest and most accurate way to place an order with Write Expressions Studio. If you are having difficulty with the ordering process, please call us and we will assist you all the way through your order.
E-mail: You can certainly e-mail your order to WriteExp@writeexpressionsstudio.com.
Please be sure to include your name, address, phone, e-mail, and all the details needed to place your order. If anything is missing from your order, we will contact you to fill in the blanks. An invoice will be e-mailed to you for you to provide payment.
Fax: If you prefer to fax us your order, please be sure to include your name, address, phone, e-mail, and all the details needed to place your order. If anything is missing from your order, we will contact you to fill in the blanks.
Telephone: Please feel free to call us between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday. We may ask you to e-mail us your wording to ensure the correct spelling.
ORDER MINIMUM
The minimum amount varies between manufacturers. When you select a card, the pricing will appear and the minimum amount listed is the minimum you may place an order for.
PROOFS/SAMPLES
All of our manufacturers offer a black & white faxed or e-mailed proof of your order. We highly recommend getting a proof because it ensures your satisfaction. There are fees associated with each proof. In the ordering process, there is a place for you to request a proof of an item. Write Expressions Studio will closely review grammar and layout of each order and call you with any discrepancies. Please also be aware that requesting a proof will inevitably slow down the order processing time.
In most cases, our manufacturers allow you to order a blank sample of the invitation or stationery you are interested in. There is a $5.00 charge that is used to cover the cost of the invitation and its standard postage. Please call us if you would like to order a sample and we will see if a sample is available for the card you are interested in.
PRE-SHIPPING ENVELOPES
If you are requesting printed invitations, most of our manufacturers are able to
pre-ship envelopes for a flat fee of $10.00. Please call us to arrange for this service.
PRE-ORDERS
We can certainly accommodate pre-orders. Select your invitation and go through the ordering process. When you are asked to customize your invitation, simply fill in what you know or leave it blank. Then, in the Special Instructions box, indicate that you will contact Write Expressions Studio with information as soon as it is available. Typically, we will call you within 24 hours to clarify that you want to place a preorder and there was no mistake.
ORDER STATUS
When you place an order with Write Expressions, you will receive an e-mail receipt of your order immediately. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships. If you would like any additional information about your order, you may contact us at WriteExp@writeexpressionsstudio.com or call us during business hours.
PRINTING METHODS
Most of our vendors offer Thermography, Flat printing, Engraving, or Letterpress. Each manufacturer varies which methods they are capable of printing. All of the wedding invitations offered online are Thermography printing, unless indicated. Most other invitations, announcements, and stationery are flat printing. If you are interested in the Engraving or Letterpress methods, please contact us, and we would be happy to place that order for you if it available with the card you have selected. Foil Stamping is used on certain Holiday Cards and napkin accessories.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR INVITATION
Any invitation can be changed to fit your special event. You may choose the wording, lettering style, and ink color.
You can change the wording on any of the invitations, stationery, and other customizable products on our website. Once you select a card, you will be asked to enter in your wording, choose a font, and an ink color. If you need help with wording, click on ‘choose a message to personalize.’ You will be able to select from a wide assortment of sample wording.
Of course you can print anywhere on your invitation. However, there may be fees associated with this special request. Please call or e-mail us for more information and charges. Please note that not all of our paper is able to be printed on the reverse side. If you need extra room, Write Expressions Studio suggests that you add an enclosure card to your invitation ensemble.
SHIPPING
Write Expressions Studio ships all of our in-house orders USPS Priority Mail and most of our orders ship within 7-10 business days. If your selection requires extra processing time, we will contact you. These printed invitations have a longer processing time because we do not stock all of the invitations in our studio. In order to keep your cost low and your choices of invitations high, we are unable to stock every invitation that is available on our website. If you are pressed for time, we suggest you visit our Quick Ship Studio, select USPS Express Shipping or call us for quicker processing times.
Since we are a small business, we do not offer overseas shipping on our website. If you are interested in this service, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Write Expressions Studio ships all their packages with the United States Postal Service. However some of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and their shipping methods vary from company to company. When your order is ready to ship we will e-mail you with more shipping information.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order in a hurry, please call us to check on the time frame for a rush order. Manufacturers vary their processing and shipping times, so it is best if you call us in advance of placing your order.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa & MasterCard. If paying by check, Write Expressions Studio will need to receive the payment before we can start processing and printing your order. Write Expressions Studio will charge your credit card within 24 hours of placing your order. Since all of our items are personalized, we require payment to be processed before printing.
SALES TAX
Since we are located within North Carolina, we are required to charge sales tax to all clients making purchases within the state of North Carolina.
PRIVACY/SECURITY
Write Expressions Studio will not share your information with any person or company. We may periodically mail you invitations to our open houses, send e-mail sale promotions, and keep you notified of new products and specials. If you prefer not to be on our mailing list, please e-mail your request to Silcottb@writeexpressionsstudio.com and we will remove you immediately. We will not exchange, share, nor offer any information about you to any other companies.
You can feel very safe and secure shopping with Write Expressions Studio. All of our credit card transactions use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) and provides a Secure Checkout mode that locks all information (credit card number, name and, address). For added protection, your credit card number will be encrypted before it is transmitted to our system. Write Expressions Studio promises that your transaction and credit information will be safe and secure.
